All core staff and associates are appropriately qualified for the healthcare and wellbeing activities they undertake, and where required are registered with their own professional regulatory organisations (Nursing & Midwifery Council, Health & Care Professionals Council and/or General Medical Council).

The organisation has the appropriate level of public & employers liability insurance (provided by AXA Insurance UK plc – Policy number WO/003346) and Malpractice Insurance (Novae Underwriting Limited Policy Number 7E7250MMA131).

Those core healthcare activities that are subject to regulation (treatment of disease, disorder or injury, and diagnostic and screening procedures) are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (Provider ID 1-973333066)

Our health and wellbeing services are overseen by a Management Advisory Group (MAG) which includes relevant executive and non-executive Board members, as well as medical advisors, a staff side (Trade Union) representative and lay person (service user). The MAG agrees all Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs), Clinical Protocols, Patient Group Directions (for the administration of medicines) and employment policies and procedures.
